We know that first impressions are important and our Guest Services' employees are the first contact for guests when making reservations or arriving for baths or treatments. We are looking for candidates who are ready and able to learn our service protocols, who like to be active at work, enjoy a beautiful, healthful outdoor environment and excel at customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy teamwork, communicate well, be a problem-solver, pay attention to detail and be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Previous customer service and computer experience are preferred. Ten Thousand Waves is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for approximately 12 hours a day. Work days and hours can vary but candidates must be able to work some weekdays, on weekends and in the evenings. Full or part-time positions are available. Criminal background and credit check required for final applicants.
Salary: Starts at $12.00/hr. for training (2-4 weeks, depending on availability). Plus tips and bonuses

This position is 40 hours per week. Other requirements include basic maintenance experience (electrical and/or plumbing) and the ability to work independently. Experience with any of the following is preferred; hot tubs, pools, gardening, and landscaping. Job duties include performing maintenance repairs, testing tub chemistry, making chemical adjustments, tub opening, changing and cleaning filters, cleaning hot tubs, facility clean-up, and snow removal in winter. Must be able to frequently walk up and down stairs and over uneven terrain, and be able to lift 75 lbs. Other important traits: arrives on-time to work, follows instructions well, focuses on detail, pleasant attitude, keeps supervisors informed of status of work, team-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy. Background and credit check will be conducted and must be agreed upon by final applicants.
Salary: $12.00+/hr., depending on experience

Our beautiful Japanese restaurant, izanami, is looking for an experienced Business Manager to oversee the entire operation of our 1.5 year old restaurant. Duties include supervising up to five intermediate managers/supervisors, creating staff training and customer service protocols, overseeing the physical plant, coordinating human resource and accounting functions, assuring legal compliance in all areas, interfacing with spa and lodging managers regarding promotions, policies, advertising and guest concerns. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in high-volume restaurants, be familiar with both BOH and FOH operations, possess computer skills and a facility with numbers, and have excellent people skills and an even temperament. izanami is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year for lunch and dinner. This is a salaried 40-50 hour per week position, includes weekend shifts and high visibility during our peak seasons.
Salary: $50-65K per year plus performance bonus
